Doug
Managing Director & Co-Founder

Doug is the heartbeat of Hampshire Staircase Refurbishments. A carpenter by trade, he started the business alongside his wife Sarah with a simple belief: that every home deserves a staircase to be proud of. Day to day, Doug keeps everything running smoothly, from leading the sales team to visiting customers at home for estimates. Don’t be surprised if you see him on-site too; he’s never happier than when he’s hands-on with the team.

Sarah
Company Director & Co-Founder

Behind every great business is someone keeping it all together, and for Hampshire Staircase Refurbishments, that’s Sarah. As co-founder and the person who keeps the finances in order, Sarah makes sure the business runs as beautifully as the staircases the team fits. She’s the steady hand that lets everyone else do what they do best.

Sam
Installation and office supervisor

Sam is often the friendly voice you’ll hear when you first get in touch with us. Based in the office, she keeps the fitting teams’ diaries running like clockwork and makes sure every customer gets the follow-up they deserve. No question is too small for Sam; she’ll make sure you’re looked after every step of the way.

Ben
Operations Manager

Ben is the hub that keeps everything connected. Based in the office, he coordinates the fitting teams out on the road and handles customer queries, but he’s not just a desk man. Ben also gets out to customers’ homes to carry out surveys for new staircases and refurbishments, so he really understands the job from every angle.

Matt
Warehouse and Delivery Coordinator

Matt is the man who makes sure everything is exactly where it needs to be, exactly when it needs to be there. From managing stock and organising deliveries to checking every product meets our quality standards before it leaves the warehouse, Matt takes real pride in getting the details right. If it’s heading to your home, Matt’s already checked it twice.

Sales Representative

Sean is one of the friendly faces you might see when you invite us round for a quote. He loves visiting customers at home, understanding what they’re looking for, and helping them see what’s possible. No hard sell, just honest advice and a great eye for what will work in your space.

Ally

Ally brings warmth and expertise to every home visit. Whether you’ve got a clear vision or you’re not quite sure where to start, he’ll listen, advise, and help you find the perfect solution for your staircase. He has a real knack for putting people at ease, and customers often tell us they felt confident in their choices from the moment he left.

Louis
Chief Morale Officer

Louis is our office dog and, frankly, the most popular member of the team. He takes his role very seriously: greeting visitors, keeping spirits high, and occasionally supervising from his bed in the corner. If you ever pop into the office, he’ll almost certainly be there to say hello first.
