They really were great – very friendly, professional, tidy and thorough – giving complete confidence that they were in control at all times. Both were a real credit to your company. I have to give Ollie and Ian a 10 out of 10. Most importantly, they did a great job. They worked tidily, cleaned up at the end of each day and were considerate of us have to use the stairs from time to time while they were working on them. They kept us informed with their estimated time of completion, were friendly, and asked for our input with key decisions. Please pass on our thanks to them.

I would like to say that we are extremely please with the excellent work that was carried out on our staircase.

Craig was the main person who was with us for the duration of the work, he was lovely. He was very polite and personable, he worked hard and kept us totally informed about the progress being made each day. He was also very tidy and you would never know that he has been there at the end of the day as the stairs were clear, neat and tidy, he was also punctual.

In the second week Craig was joined by Rodger, who again was lovely, polit and personable. He worked hard and with Craig they made a good team. I would definitely recommend them.

Overall our experience of the team was excellent and they are a credit to your company.
