We found Archie and Brad to be very polite, neat and tidy, always arriving on time and cleaning up every night after themselves. The work undertaken was of a very high standard along with the finished product delivered. Archie was particularly helpful and a great communicator and I would have no hesitation recommending Hampshire Staircase Refurbishments so 10/10 from us.

John and Ross were superb from the moment they arrived to the moment they left each day. Site was left clean and was hard to tell that they’d been there.

Friendly, relaxed and nothing was too much trouble. Johns skills on a  particular tricky newel post has covered up an unsightly piece of wall and it looks so much better with the newel covering it. His advice on how to place a newel so the aesthetics were correct was also appreciated.

A second team arrived on Thursday, Neil and Adam, just as professional and it was great to hear the camaraderie between them all.

Would highly recommend HSR.

We are really pleased with the work that has been done, largely by John and Ross.  Both John and Ross were very polite and worked tidily, clearing up well by the end of each day. John appears to be a good trainer and has a nice manner when explaining things to Ross.

We cannot fault the quality of the work done.
